These Terms govern use of the NotReallyThatFunny software and this website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

NotReallyThatFunny generates short comedy videos and publishes them to a TikTok account that the account owner has connected, using TikTok's Content Posting API. The Service is provided for that purpose.

2. TikTok's terms apply

Use of the Service in connection with TikTok is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Guidelines. You agree to comply with them. NotReallyThatFunny is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or TikTok's policies.
• Do not use it to post content you do not have the rights to publish.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data you do not own.
• Do not use the Service to spam, harass, or mislead.

4. Content responsibility

You are responsible for the content published through the connected account and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that uploads will always succeed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotReallyThatFunny and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your TikTok account at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
